- Order for the ceremonial cards need to be placed at least 90 days prior to the event with a booking fee of 50% of the total amount. In case of cancellations done after 3 days, there shall be no refund available.
- There is no fixed price for the cards. The price depends upon the number of cards required. Also, delivery charges will be added separately (depends on weight & delivery location).
- End-to-end service is provided by us, i.e. we will not only be printing the cards but also designing them.The envelope is included too.
- The illustration charge is extra. Price may increase based on your requirements. Please note that there are extra charges for human illustrations and this pricing is only for designing; printing charge is calculated separately.
- After confirming the order, a time slot of seven to fourteen days will be provided to the client. We request them to be available during this time and maintain a steady communication with us regarding the design and processing of the project.
- The estimated time for the delivery of cards is 30 days to 45 days.
*In case there is a rush (during the wedding season), there might be a slight delay in delivery.
- At the time of delivery, both the soft copy (only final pdf file) and the hard copy will be provided.
- The order must be placed through an enquiry email (support@kraftkanya.com) or via a phone call (+91 86970 01002).
- The payment has to be made in two instalments. The first instalment of 50% is to be given at the time of placing and confirming the order as an advance. The second instalment of 50% is to be made before the delivery.
- Delivery charges are applicable on product weight & distance to be covered from our pickup point to destination (only one location is allowed). For outstation customers, it will be charged separately depending on courier priority.
- We do not offer refunds in case of cancellation from the customer’s side while the cards are being designed or printed.
- The client will get back 50% of the payment only if the cancellation is made from Kraftkanya’s side. This may be due to difficulties faced or incompatibility with the client or in cases where we have gone forward with the project and the client refuses to cooperate with us.
- KraftKanya is the sole owner of the designs used on products. No one is allowed to reuse, resale, or modify the designs without permission from KraftKanya’s authorities. Clients may ask to ‘buy’ a certain design to which KraftKanya may or may not agree. If a sale is agreed, KraftKanya will provide a certificate of sale after agreed payment amount has been settled.
- We request you to provide invitation summary in text format within 3 days of your first advance payment.
- Any write-up provided by the client for ceremonial cards is owned by the client. If any third party copies such textual material, KraftKanya cannot be held responsible. KraftKanya will cooperate with the client in case they file any case of plagiarism or copyright against the third party but will not be involved itself or take any kind of liability.
- All our samples will have our watermark for copyright purposes. We will not entertain any request regarding sending samples without our official watermark.
- For cancellations within 3 days, we provide 50% ( of advance amount) refund. No refunds will be processed for cancellations made after 3 days from order placement.
- If the client does not respond to phone calls or messages within 7 days of placing their order(s), it will automatically be cancelled. As mentioned earlier, we will not be entertaining any refund requests.
- Actual colour may vary. This is due to computer monitor/ Mobile screen displaying colours differently and everyone can see these colours differently. We try extremely hard to ensure our prints are as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual colour may vary slightly from digital copy.
T&C for Customised Video Card
- A wedding card video that exceeds 75 seconds will be charged at the rate of Rs. 500 per extra 15 seconds.
- The starting price of the video card is Rs. 2500
- If the client wants any change in design, it will be chargeable.
- If the client purchases an existing video format from our collection, the delivery time will be within 30 days. In case of new design and video, the delivery time will be discussed and finalised based on the requirements of the design.
- We will not be providing any pdf copy. Our deliverables will only include the card in video format.
- Incase of cancellation after booking, the advanced amount will not be refunded in any matter.
